Conservative Soft-Tissue Laser Surgery & Therapy

We are pleased to bring the latest technology in dental science to our patients. With our soft tissue laser, we provide minimally invasive gum surgery for crown lengthening, cosmetic gum lifts, biopsies, cold sore treatment, as well as non-surgical gum debridement for periodontal disease. Patients love laser dentistry because it eliminates the need for scalpels and sutures. Soft tissue laser therapy and surgery are minimally invasive, so tissues do not bleed as much, and they heal faster  than with similar traditional procedures.

What is a laser?
LASER is an acronym for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. In short, a dental laser is a strong, focused light that can cut the body’s tissues. Our dentists use the FDA-approved Zap Nd:YAG laser, also called a diode laser, which is specifically designed for soft tissue applications.

Does laser dentistry hurt?
Most people require minimal, if any anesthesia during laser procedures.

Is laser dentistry expensive?
Depending on the procedure you need, laser dentistry could save you from wasting time and money.
